Overview
The brief was to adapt website content into a video presentation in Synthesia, using the platform's own motion tools. I chose Doctolib as the subject and made the whole piece myself, from adapting the content and sourcing assets to designing the scenes and assembling the final video.
It was also a chance to try my brand and motion experience in a tool I hadn't used before.
The challenge
A webpage and a video work differently. On a website, readers scan, skip and set their own pace. In a video, the designer decides the order. So I had to pick the key messages, put them in an order that made sense, and decide where visuals and movement could help.
On top of that, no assets were supplied, and everything had to be built inside Synthesia.

Story & visuals
Structure
I used the About Us content as source material rather than copying the page layout, and focused on giving the information a clear progression from scene to scene.
Visuals
With no asset kit, I gathered material from Doctolib's brand kit, recreated brand assets from scratch and pulled it all into one visual treatment, with layout, imagery and hierarchy carrying continuity between scenes. I used Synthesia's built-in AI tools to create backgrounds and avatar outfits that fit Doctolib's identity.

Motion & production
Motion
I thought about how information enters the frame, where attention should go and how scenes connect.
I kept the motion restrained so the company's story stays central. It's there to guide attention and connect scenes, and to give the piece more rhythm than a static presentation.
Made in Synthesia
Every scene layout and animation was built in Synthesia, with no external animation software. I was learning the tool and its limits at the same time as developing the creative direction.
Reflection
This project reminded me that adapting content means rethinking its structure and pace for how people will experience it, not just changing the format.
